He felt hesitant. There was a hesitant feeling in his chest, and yet he couldn't help walk towards to Jazz. Like it didn't matter. It was the usual, entrancing feeling that got the better of him. Her touch was sending a slight shiver down his spine, it almost felt like everything was okay here. His previous actions weren't getting him killed tonight, so long as Jazz didn't find out and Nettie didn't confirm anything. Isaac didn't believe her entirely, it sounded way too intense for Texas heat. Even Eli had pointed it out. "You sure?" But, no one was saying anything. Nettie looked...sick, or unwell and Jazz was assuring him it was nothing. "Dinner, no not yet but I think in a few minutes. I just wanted to come check on y'all."

Coming face to face with Nettie almost knocked the breath out of him, but he had never been slapped in the face by words. This had to be an embarrassing first. Match made in hell, what did he do now? Still, nothing that she said hurt as much as her wishing he never walked into the bar. That cut deep, more than he wanted to admit right now. "Nettie, wait—no." He needed to talk to her, more than anything. But, he needed to get some context before he ran off. Jazz had to tell him what happened. "That doesn't sound like just Texas heat. What happened here Jazz, why is she so upset?"

They knew that organizing this dinner was risky, especially on the off-chance that Isaac decided to invite his girlfriend. Which is exactly what he did, but at that point, they couldn't refuse her. So, their initial plan to bring Nettie and Isaac together for a conversation become a very complicated triple date of sorts. It all seemed to begin crashing when everyone slowly stepped out of the room, leaving her with Nettie's friend..date - something. She had just set down the salad bowl, looking over at Eli when Nettie walked back in excusing herself from the dinner. This was not going the way they hoped. She offered a smile to the man at the mention of Tupperware. "Of course, we can pack some things. But, Nettie don't go. Let me get you some aspirin and water, and you can rest in the guest room in the meantime." She handed off the plates to Eli, and walked over to her. "You should have some dinner, and you can sit away from him. Please stay though."

"Hi honey, c'mere." She made grabby hands for Issac and played it up knowing how it hurt Nettie to see it. Issac was back and that meant no more fire could be given but that didn't mean she wasn't going to cause some pain. Her left hand went up to rub his back in that sweet manner she'd perfected years ago. "Oh, nothing tense here. You know how women get when there's heat. Texas is a pit. Dinner ready?"

Nettie wanted to throw up watching the interaction and couldn't feel bad for Issac not when he was willingly playing into her hands. Avoiding eye contact she pushed herself off the chair she was sitting on and wiped her hands on her jeans. "Looks like I just lost my appetite." Nettie started as she pushed past Jazz and came face to face with Issac. "You know, you once said you weren't sure if you two were compatible but let me tell you. Match made in hell. You're perfect for each other. I wish you never walked into bar." Her words were venom as she spewed them out and went back inside trying to find Laurel.

Instead running into her boyfriend who people thought was actually hers. "Hey. The heat is getting to me. I want to leave." Looking over at Laurel and Eli she smiled and apologized. "Guys, I'm sorry. I have a headache. Thanks for the invite and I'll take you guys up on the moving help. Just do me one favor don't tell Issac where I'm living now please." Eli shared a look with his girl and sighed. This was going to need a more delicate hand.

He immediately wrapped his arms around her and kept her close to his side. Smiling after having a lovely conversation with the couple. He noticed Eli hovering over Laurel as he helped her with the food. "Couldn't we at least get a to go Tupperware?"

-as a chef, taste-testing along the way is a must. however, when cooking with sanji, he takes this habitual necessary step of cooking and turns it into a romantic moment "how's this, mon amour?" he'll ask as he feds you a small scoop of whatever the two of you are preparing. "to your liking?" he'll always ask, before moving on with the next step.

-he refuses to let you help clean up 😭😭😭 you can beg and plead all you want, he absolutely insists to clean up alone. one day you get frustrated because he wont let you help, slipping your arms around his waist, appearing as if you're going for a hug, but instead your hand slowly and carefully reaches to the sprayer on the kitchen faucet. he will absolutely humor a small water fight in his kitchen if it's with you (and he'll clean up the water too😭) and he always lets you win.

-it's an absolute must for him to get to stand behind you, wrapping his arms around yours, to help you get the proper technique when kneading doughs or whipping meringue with you. his cheek pressed against yours as he looks over your shoulder, helping guide your hands as you two cook together.

-literally the best when it comes to your period cravings, day or night, if you so much as hint or ask for something, sanji makes it happen no question asked.

getting to date black leg sanji was amazing for a number of reasons.. but one of the hidden benefits of being with this love-sick cook was that he was... well, he's a cook. and a damn fantastic one at that.

midnight snacks are truly on a different level when with black leg sanji. the two of you were cuddled up in his bed in the shared boys dorm, your head on his chest, his arms wrapped around your body, and the sounds of his soft murmurs of affection. "sanji... are you awake?" you whisper, trying to not make too much noise, lest you want to wake a certain captain with a bottomless pit of a stomach.

he quietly hums in response, letting you know he's up. whispering as softly as you possibly can, "i'm kind of craving some of your special caramel toffee ice cream... can we go make some?"

before you can even process what is happening, you are already in sanji's arms as he gently picks you up and carries you to the kitchen.

not wanting to jolt you out of your relaxation, sanji instead lit some candles around the kitchen, gently placing you down on the bar stool as he went to grab everything he needed to make your dream come true.

with sleep heavy eyes, you watched him quietly and quickly work to prepare your ice cream from across the table, but once he was over the stove gently melting and stirring together the ingredients, so close to being ready to chill the ice cream, did you wander over to him.

now that you knew for sure that would wouldn't be in his way, you wrap your arms around his waist, pulling yourself flush against his back "thank you for doing this" you quietly murmur into him.

"of course, anything for you mon amour. it will have to chill for a little bit, can i make you a cup of tea to hold you over?"

the two of you sat cuddled up at the table as the ice cream chilled, occasionally placing soft kisses on each other's cheeks, just enjoying each other's company. the ice cream was done surprisingly fast (you'd have to thank franky for his extreme blast chiller later).

the two of you decided to share the bowl, it was a bit too rich to eat a whole bowl by yourself, sanji had insisted on feeding you, always giving you the bigger spoonful, the first and last bites, and most importantly allowing your hands to stay warm and clean.

"was it everything you hoped for, mon amour?" he asked as you finished the final bit. the soft gasp and small moan of joy left your mouth, as you whispered "it's even better than i remembered it."

Communication is better in the league. Players aren't terrified to talk to GM like he was as a rookie when seeing sakic. Thinks it's important for players to know where they stand. Old school players think fear can be good, yea sure, but you can't scare ppl into playing well for over 8mos, 82 games. Prefers this new way

Mitts: super comfortable, quieter, came to a team where he knows nobody, he looks great, expecting an awesome year from him

Preseason games, re: all these preseason injuries: doesn't agree with veteran rule (how many mandatory games they have to play) but important for prospects and rookies, you need to be able to evaluate them, they can look good in practice but different story in games.

For vets, you want to play hard, show a good example "played one last night, lost 6-1" and" you see the doughty laine injuries and it's like i could throw my season away for a glorified practice essentially is all it is"

"You're in your game jersey but it doesn't mean anything"

"it's a fine line, i like playing them, 1 or 2, i don't need 6"

Teams are making $1-3mil per preseason game (probably only leafs habs etc)

MIGUEL AND LEGO PETER BEING BUDDIES LMAO !! Miguel "I'm a vampire who broods in the dark" O'Hara goes so far as to tell him he's one of the BEST Spider-Men in the Multiverse ! C'mon I need some art and fanfics on these two pls

Hobie is really the MVP of this story. When I heard about the love triangle between him, Miles and Gwen, I rolled my eyes so hard but NOPE, he's actually chill with Miles, even more interested in him than in Gwen lol, he helps him send Miguel to fuck off, refuses to elaborate and leaves.

Donald Glover's cameo was just perfect but it hurts to bring back Peter from the Spectacular series just to see him try to convince a teenager to let his father die :/

Also, does this mean that the Captain Stacy of this series is dead ? And Gwen too ? Or that they're still alive but he's going to let them die to preserve his universe ?? Fkdjslpx I need answers

Hobie being like "yeah that's my boy" when seeing Miles rebel against Miguel, pure gold

Love how the twist about Miles being on the wrong Earth was foreshadowed by the green and purple clothes he wears to hide his suit. Oh and also Miles is only 15 wtf ??

Speaking of that other Earth, anyone else notice how the other Miles grabs onto the pipe after jumping ? It's a cool detail that illustrates his lack of powers and popped out at me after watching Miles do inhuman acrobatic stuff for two movies

BORDERLANDS COLLEGE AU

Stupid idea I had a few nights ago, don't think too hard about the inconsistencies in ages and stuff. Probably just doing Vault Hunters and a few other characters.

ROLAND

Majoring in cybersecurity. Good student, studies and gets consistently high grades. Has a well-formulated meal and workout plan. Also an RA on campus. Roland is the guy you go to if you have issues. He might not be great at "talking you through them" or "showing empathy" but he always has solid advice and is well-respected by his peers.

BRICK

I was going to say "Brick wouldn't go to college in canon" but this isn't canon babeyyyy. Brick is going into veterinary medicine. You may think this is completely off as a major for him, but I argue that his love for dogs is far greater than any challenge he may face in his education. Still a gym maniac. Roland is his RA, which means Roland is in charge of calming Brick down when he gets mad. Dating Mordecai. Also, unrelated but Brick in a philosophy class:

"Brick, can you tell us what you think about what Descartes said?"

"I PUNCH Descartes."

LILITH

Y'all are going to hate me for this but Lilith is a chemistry major. Girl loves fire, electricity, and acid so you can't tell me she wouldn't be a menace in her labs. (Also, before the first game was released her full title was "Dr. Lilith Cashlin, Mercenary Scientist") Only goes to class half the time but still does really well. Rooms with Mordecai and Brick. Huge crush on this RA she keeps seeing around

MORDECAI

BIRD MAAAAAN. Y'all already know this guy is doing two things on campus. 1) Majoring in Ornithology 2) Going to parties to get drunk. This man is the epitome of "college is for partying". Keeps birds in campus (not allowed) and is doing okay in his classes (he is hung over 80% of the time) (Mordy pls) Dating Brick.

PATRICIA TANNIS

Honestly, what field of science ISN'T this girl majoring in? She's insane(ly smart) and constantly gets perfect scores on all of her exams. Closest friends are Roland and the gang.

MARCUS

Why is he here??? What??? Marcus is the guy who runs the restaurant that is directly across the street from campus. *Phenomenal* food, but GOD is it pricey. Tends to not care about many of the students chilling (as long as they BUY SOMETHING)

SCOOTER

Doesn't go to this college but he's good friends with Roland and his pals. Likes to go out drinking with them on the weekends and is just all-in-all a cool guy to hang around with. Friends with Janey.

AXTON

BMOC. Captain of the football team. You can trust him! (He's the water boy.) Total jock but he's not an asshole about it. Majoring in Rehabilitation Science. He's... not the *best* student, but he does try and genuinely care about what he wants to do. Lives with Salvador, Maya, and Zer0 in a dorm.

SALVADOR

Culinary major. My man can COOK. He's the best cook in the dorm and no one will ever argue if he offers to cook. Really good student even though he parties all the time with Mordecai, Brick, and Axton. Lives with Maya, Axton, and Zer0.

ZER0

*Insert weeb joke here* They're a literature major. Not just because of the haiku, either. I feel like Zer0 would be fantastic in literature courses and understanding thr deeper meanings in texts. They are seen as a "weird kid" on campus. They do not care. Lives with Maya, Salvador, and Axton.

MAYA

The reason I made this list (big surprise, V does a huge post and it's Maya's fault), Maya majors in entomology. (S/O to @forbiddenpurplesoda for this because I've always thought Maya would be a bug girl) Maya is a phenomenal student and she always gets great marks in her studies. Lives with Axton, Sal and Zer0. Has at least one pet beetle that makes Axton panic.

GAIGE

Mechanical Engineering/Robotics major. Obviously built Deathtrap as a buddy because she felt a little lonely in her dorm. Calls her Dad every night. Has a huge crush on a girl in one of her math classes. Lives with...

KRIEG!!!!

Listen. Listen. Krieg majors in psychology. The *actual* football captain. Doesn't talk much and when he does, it's complete nonsense. (Everyone just goes "haha classic Krieg") Gaige gets along with him extremely well. Maya and him have a thing where they will just look at each other and think "holy shit they're so gorgeous). Always wears a face mask.

TINA

Child prodigy chemistry major, buddies with Lilith and Roland. But seriously, who let this kid in the lab? Like, okay, yeah, she knows what she's doing, but what she's doing is COMBUSTION REACTIONS. How is she still in school.

ELLIE

Engineering major. Lives in the building across from Roland and the gang. Absolute sweetheart and huge flirt but will also drop you on her ass if you threaten her friends.

MOXXI

I could see Moxxi as a professor of engineering, actually. Every student thinks she's gorgeous and she's learned to ignore it. Scooter and Ellie's Mom. Thinks their friends are funny.

HANDSOME JACK

Oh man, this one was tough. I decided on absolute tool you meet in college who's the head of a frat and thinks he's God's gift to women. Lives in the same building as Roland, Lilith, Brick, Mordecai, Salvador, Axton, Maya, Zer0, Gaige, and Krieg. Constantly getting into arguments with... basically everyone listed above. Majors in business.

ANGEL

She's an art major!!! She's super intelligent and aces all of her classes but she absolutely loves art. Jack is her brother in this AU. Has a crush on the cute punk girl in her math class but could never tell her. Lives in a single.

ALISTAIR HAMMERLOCK

Double majors in conservation biology and zoology! Finds the creatures that he studies absolutely fascinating and always has a bright disposition on his face. Lives in a single that looks exactly like you think it does (his room on Sanctuary III). Strained relationship with his sister.

ATHENA

Acient History Major, specifically interested in Ancient Greece (wonder why?). Works at Marcus' restaurant. Hates it. Pay her more. Has her eyes on a girl that frequents Marcus' restaurant. Tried to live with Wilhelm, Jack, Nisha, Timothy, and Claptrap for a semester, she is now a commuter. Still friends with Timothy.

WILHELM

Jack's second-in-command. People look at him like he's a dumbass, big hunk of meat, but he's also in a robotics major. Aside from being buddies with Jack, he's... kind of chill? Man likes what he likes and he works out pretty often. Boxes in his free time. Lives with Nisha, Jack, Timothy, and (formerly) Claptrap.

NISHA

Criminal justice major, naturally. Jack's girlfriend and the baddest and scariest bitch on campus. Likes watching old western movies. Never, ever shows up to class but still passes. No one knows how. Lives with Jack, Timothy, Wilhelm, and (formerly) Claptrap

CLAPTRAP

Theater major! Always has a smile on his face, even though he's nooooot very well-liked. Tried to get in with the popular guys but eventually figured out he was being used. He confronted Jack and Jack kicked him out of the dorm 😔 Lives... well, he kind of just lives around Roland's dorm. Roland's too nice to say no.

TIMOTHY

I feel like Tim would be a Biology major. I don't know why but I can see him in that field. Looks SCARILY similar to Jack, and hates this. Unfortunately put into a room with Jack, Wilhelm, Nisha, and (formerly) Claptrap. Misses Athena greatly and wishes she still lived on campus. They're still good friends.

AURELIA HAMMERLOCK

Oh good lord, who let her on a college campus. Has an extravagant single room because she's *rich* and she's not sharing with someone else are you insane? Studies law because this bitch wants to be a judge someday. Absolutely hates to be seen with her brother Alistair. Rivalry with another rich law student makes this even more tense.

JANEY SPRINGS

Doesn't go to this college but she knows a few people around campus and hits up Marcus' restaurant for a bite to eat every so often. The food is just so good, right? No other reason. None at all. Friends with Scooter.

RHYS STRONGFOK

Rhys is a business and economics major. Is in Jack's frat. Is getting increasingly sick of Jack's shit. Buddy buddy with Vaughn, Fiona, and Zer0. Dating Sasha.

VAUGHN

Accounting major. Man has a mind like a steel trap, and also enjoys bodybuilding. Best friends with Rhys, good friends with Fiona and Sasha.

FIONA

His Father wanted him to go into Business to take over the family legacy but he decided to go into law to "protect the little guy". Has daily arguments with this stuck-up, pretentious "harpy" that's in most of his classes. She's awful. Has a crush on this well-spoken man in zoological studies. At least that will take his mind off of the harpy.

TROY CALYPSO

Troy is a media and communications major. Has a fantastic time making videos and being admin of many social media pages but doesn't do very well in class because he dislikes most of his professors. Has a very close relationship with his sister, Tyreen.

That was later on until the captain called you five to the helm, all of you introduced each other but it took at least 2 minutes for you to speak since you really don't speak much

Killua saw that you are weak, and rather introverted, although you still participated in the Hunter exam, he admires you a bit for that but you're weak what if you get hurt?

He immediately shook that idea of his head when he thought about you getting hurt later on you all arrive on the island as the captain talked to Gon where to go

Well you know the drill already, but when all you got trapped in a circular tower, and when the time came where it was your turn to fight one of the prisoners

You luckily won because it was a gamble, you have no experience in fights but gambling? you have experience in that area

Timeskip to where you finally have established a relationship with Killua and the Chimera Arc, when Kite ended up dying by Pitou

You ended up becoming traumatized because of it, you slowly inched to having a panic attack

Killua being the soft boyfriend he is, comforted you the best he can as he sensed that you are near a panic attack, since you saw Kite as a father figure

Throughout the days you have been with Killua and Gon, the Greed Island, Chimera incident, and the incident where Gon died and also the Hunter Association President election

You grew stronger and became even more out-going, your shy and introverted personality disappeared

You also turned out to be very affectionate and loving towards to everyone you trust even Killua!

The environment was serene, as you and Ace had finally had some time to yourselves. No pirates, no fights, just the two of you. Life was fun, full of adventure, and there was always something going on, but sometimes it was nice to just slow down. In this moment, it was just Ace and the love of his life.

You and Ace were enjoying the lush greenery of the island they had docked at for a few days. It had so many fields of flowers, and you decided to take Ace to one. The day was warm but not overbearing, and all of the flowers around you created a serene little world, just the two of you.

Ace jumped in surprise when you gently pushed his hat off of his head and replaced it with an orange flower. He laughed, gently shaking his head.

“What was that for?” He asked, chuckling at the cuteness of the scenario.

“Because I felt like it.” You smiled, tilting your head in faux innocence.

“Fine.” Ace gained that competitive look you often saw in a fight, but all he did was grab a nearby flower and place it behind your ear.

“There, now we match.” He smirked, placing a kiss on your cheek and pulling you down to lay on the grass with him. He couldn’t be more in love than he was at that moment. Life with pirates was always fun and exciting, but maybe, just maybe, slowing down and enjoying the flowers was fun too.

Not that he’d ever admit that. That was just for him to know.

Monkey D. Luffy:

-Legitimately tries to eat it.

-You have to explain what you tried to do

-”Luffy you cANT EAT FLOWERS-”

-After you explain, he gets a huge grin

-Probably thinks it's really cute but doesnt entirely understand why

Luffy always drags you off of the ship when you dock at a new island, literally the second you dock. Normally he would just rocket himself off, but you had to explain to him that it hurt, so now he waits while rambling to you about all of the things he might see, growing more outlandish the longer he talks.

How silly he was, this captain of yours.

When you saw a field of flowers in the distance, you tugged on his arm.

“Hey, Luffy! I wanna go check out that field!” You said, pointing in the field’s direction.

Luffy looked confused. “Eh? Why? Is there anything special there?” He sounded genuinely curious, just that he didn’t understand.

You giggled. “There’s flowers there! They’ll probably be pretty.”

Luffy shrugged. “Ok, sure.” He still didn’t entirely understand, but he was willing to check it out to make you happy. Maybe he’d even find something interesting there too!

The field was as pretty as you’d thought. You grabbed a red flower and placed it on Luffy’s straw hat.

Luffy grabbed it, observing it, then attempting to put it in his mouth. Luckily, you caught his wrist. “No!” You said, giggling, “You don’t eat it. I thought it looked nice.”. Of course he’d try to eat it.

Luffy nodded. “Oh, okay!” He said, placing it back on his hat. He leaned down and grabbed a different one, placing it on your head. “Now you have one too!”

You really loved him, dorkiness and all.

Sabo:

-Sabo.exe has stopped working.

-Why did you do that? ._.

-Not mad, but very confused at first

-Give him a sec to process

-Thinks you are probably the cutest being to ever exist

-Feels so lucky to have you <3

-His life can get really busy so you gotta be patient with this one

-But he always makes it up to you

Sabo hadn’t quite told you where he would be taking you, just that it was a surprise, and he was sure you’d love it. As he led you by the hand, you were getting to an area with less and less city. Where was he taking you?

“Come on Sabo, you can’t even give me a hint?” You asked, playfully groaning. “I’m dying of anticipation!”

Sabo laughed. “Nope, no hints. I won’t be swayed.” He shook his head with a satisfied smile. He must be proud of whatever he was gonna show you.

You didn’t have to wait much longer. A bit outside of the town, he stopped at a beautiful field of flowers of all colors and sizes.

You were amazed. “Wow! This is amazing… thank you.” Sabo grinned. “I told you that you would like it. I’m really glad you do.”

You bent down, picking up a blue flower and putting it on his hat, by his goggles. You smiled, pecking his cheek. “It suits you.” Sabo’s face turned bright red. He felt overwhelmed with happiness. Sometimes, with his hectic schedule, he was worried about not being the best partner to you. He always tried to make it up to you whenever he could, and he felt blessed to have someone as patient as you by his side.

The ring in his pocket felt a little less heavy than before.

It was another casual day on the Red Force. Everyone was either chilling or playing games. You were in the kitchen , swaying your hips to a song you were whistling. You had found another recipe that you wanted to try out. It happened to be a chocolate mousse cake with a smooth exterior.

You hummed some sea shanties as you sprinkled unflavored gelatin powder over a small dish filled with water. While waiting for the gelatin to become gelatinous and clear , you heated a pot of heavy cream just until it started steaming. When the gelatin 'bloomed' , you whisked it into the heavy cream.

While you were whisking , the door to the kitchen was pushed ajar. You didn't bother to look over since you knew they weren't gonna bother you. You checked the mixer to see if the cream came out as stiff peaks , which it did. You smiled while you whipped egg whites along with cream of tartar and sugar to create a fluffy meringue.

From behind you , you heard a gruff voice speak to you. "Are you making some kind of fluffy cake ?" It was the captain of the ship himself , Red Haired Shanks. The two mixes you made were individually folded into the bowl of chocolate you set aside a bit ago. To fold , you used a rubber spatula to gently run it around the mousse and through.

"I'm making a Chocolate Mousse cake !" You responded cheerily. You continued folding the batter around until it was the perfect consistency. You poured it into the cake platter and pushed it into the already preheated oven. You turned to your captain and brought the rubber spatula to his lips. "Here , try it ! It's a new recipe that I wanted to try out." As your words slipped past your lips , his tongue trailed along the utensil.

"Sweetheart , this is delicious !" He laughed heartily and took the spatula from your hand to finish it. "Thank you , Shanks !" His laugh was contagious. Because of that fact , it caused you to laugh along with him.

"Lucky wanted to know if ya needed any help in here , but it don't seem like you need any lil missy." He patted your head , ruffling your (color) locks. Your smile widened as you pulled him into a hug.

"Oh ! When you're done , Beck says he has a surprise for ya." Shanks spoke smoothly , placing his arm around your smaller waist. "Ooh ! I have the timer going , so can I come now ?!" You asked , stars lighting up in your doe like eyes.

"Of course !" He pulled away from your embrace and gently pushed you towards the door. "Hey , Beck ! Lil Missy wants to see her surprise !" Shanks shouted from across the deck to his first mate.

"I'm right here , Shanks. There's no need to shout for me." Speak of the devil and he shall appear. The gray haired man stepped out of the shadows and stood next to you and the captain. Shanks' brown eyes met with Benn's black ones. The one armed man chuckled and stumbled away from you as Benn walked towards you. He handed you a small , black bag.

"Here. We feel bad that we ruined one of your other bathing suits , so we pitched in and got you some new ones. Along with that perfume that you said you liked. Yasopp also got you a necklace with your name engraved on it." As he said that , he showed you the red heart pendant that said 'Sweetheart of the Red Haired Pirates' on the back.

As you read it , you huffed. "Sweetheart of the Red Haired Pirates ??" Cue some laughs erupting from the crew who now surrounded the two of you. Despite your initial embarrassment from the necklace , you looked back at them with tears filling your eyes.

The crew started panicking. You heard variations of 'we didn't mean to hurt you' and stuff like that. You laughed and held the bag close to your chest. "Thank you , everyone. I appreciate it." Your smile could replace the sun , according to them. It was so bright and so sweet that it made them question how you were even a wanted criminal in the first place.

Benn patted your back gently and gave you a soft smile. "Glad you like it , doll." Your face burned a bit , but you just smiled kindly at him. "Why don't we have a party for our little missy ?!" You heard your captain yell. You turned your (color) eyes towards his direction and noticed him slamming down bottles of alcohol. The crew cheered and basically all yelled 'hell yeah !'

Though the party raged on , you had to retreat to the kitchen to check on your dish. You combined the layers together and waited for it to cool on the stove. You sat on the counter and huffed. As much as you loved the boys , they could be a bit too rowdy for you sometimes.

Being in the kitchen by yourself gave you the quiet time you needed to rejuvenate. Your eyes turned to the door as you heard it crack open. Your eyes met with playful brown ones. "Oh , hey Yasopp !"

"What up , missy ?" He replied , closing the door behind him. "Whatcha doin' in here ? The party is out there." He walked over to your side and stared down at you , his smirk never leaving his face.

"Oh ! I was finishing up this chocolate mousse cake ! And I needed a bit of quiet time. Hope I didn't upset you guys too much !" As if to make up for it , you kissed his chin. He laughed and slung an arm around your shoulder. "You didn't upset us ! We were worried aboutcha." He shrugged and put his large hand on your smaller head.

"I'm sorry , I didn't mean to worry you guys . ." A hint of sadness coated your voice. This made Yasopp feel horrible. He panicked and smiled nervously. "No , fuck. That's not what I meant. Forget what I said. Did ya make the cake for us ?" He asked in an attempt to change the topic. It worked. It seemed like you had completely forgotten what he said previously.

"Yeah ! I hope I made it big enough. Wanna try a piece ?" You asked as you began cutting slices into it. You pulled a piece off and placed it onto a clean plate. "Only if ya feed it to me !" He laughed and placed his rifle on the table.

You nodded and got a fork from the drawer next to the cabinet. You took a piece off of the cake and placed it towards his lips. "Say ah ~" He opened his mouth and you gently placed the slice on his tongue. He wrapped his lips around the fork and made a noise of satisfaction.

"You're gonna feed him and not me ?? Wow , Sweetheart. I'm - HIC - I'm offended !" You heard from the doorway. Your head snapped over to find the source of the voice , Shanks. He had clearly drunken too much. You swore that he would find any chance he could to drink.

"Oh , come on ya oaf. I'll feed you too." You handed the plate to the blonde , who gratefully accepted the offer. He picked his weapon up from the table and walked outside with a smile on his face.

You cut a piece off for Shanks and fork fed him as well. "And what about us ??" You sighed and shook your head playfully as you noticed the line behind the red haired captain.

After cutting off slices and feeding everyone , you were exhausted. You sat against the door of the kitchen and watched everyone play around and sing loudly.

You shifted as you felt someone sit beside you. "Hey , Roux. Did ya enjoy the cake ?" You asked happily. "Is that even a question ? Definitely. You're the baker of the Red Haired Pirates , missy. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise." He took a bite from the meat he had in his left hand and laughed.

"Of course ! I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's a new recipe." You informed , taking a sip from the alcohol you had gotten earlier. "Really ? It was VERY good." He complimented while putting hid large hand on the small of your back.

"Aww !! Thanks !!" Your cheeks lit up a red shade from his compliment. You kissed his cheek and giggled softly. "Heyyy ! I want one too !!" You heard from a drunken crewmate. Another line . . Sigh.

After hugging and kissing everyone's chin or cheek , you were more tired. Without knowing , you ended up passing out on the deck.

You woke up in the women's quarters , accompanied by Beck and Shanks. You jumped out of bed and stared at them. "What are you two doing here ?"

Benn rolled to his side and yawned. "Mornin' sleepy head. You asked us to stay." You tilted your head at his words. "Yeah , you begged us to stay here with ya , Missy." Came the voice of Shanks from your right. You scratched your cheek from embarrassment.

"Fuck , sorry you two." You kissed both of their foreheads before you were dragged back down by Shanks.

"Now hush up and go back to sleep , Reader." Before you could complain , you heard light snoring from behind you. It was Shanks , of course. He was already out. You couldn't leave either , since both of them had their arms trapping you against the bed.

Eventually , you just let it happen. The smell of smoke , cologne , and alcohol have you a slight headache , but it lulled you back into sleep.

You sat at the captain’s desk, heart pounding louder than the scratch of pen against paper. Aimless doodles filled the paper. Anticipation from waiting had your mind bouncing forwards and backwards, thinking about what was to come and waiting for the moment to start.

Shifting in the wooden seat, you tried to find a position that was comfortable and polite. You settled for rolling your hips to gain some extra sensations before sitting properly, rather than spreading your legs wide and shoving a hand in your underwear.

Footsteps approached the room and the door creaked open. Buggy stepped in and closed the door behind him. He walked towards you, rolling up the sleeves of the white button-down shirt he wore for the occasion. You set down the pen and crossed your hands on the half-filled paper as he got closer. Buggy leaned over you, the low ponytail dangling over his shoulder swaying with the movement.

“Still working on the assignment?” he asked in a low, authoritative voice that increased the heartbeat between your legs.

“Yes, sir,” you replied, shuffling the paper prop to angle towards him.

“Mm?”

“Teacher- yes, teacher.” The correction flew out of your mouth at the disappointment in his voice.

“That’s better. It’s a good thing you’re a fast learner,” he said through a shadow of a smile.

A large hand patted the top of your head alongside the compliment. You breathed in slowly, trying to hold in the sounds that wanted to escape as you imagined his hand sliding back to pull your head back with your hair.

Channeling that desire, you turned to face the pseudo scholar with your own smile. “Only because I have a great teacher.”

Buggy’s hand slid down, fingers dragging along your cheek, until he could pinch your chin. “Flattery will not get you far,” he said coolly.

A chill ran through your body, creating goosebumps in its wake, and leaving behind an opposing, searing heat.

“What else should I do?” The question came out in a soft whisper, partly due to the hold on your chin, as well as your nervous hope about the answer.

Buggy crouched down, bringing himself slightly lower than you. His thumb moved slightly, barely grazing your bottom lip.

“As your teacher, I should tell you to study more. Use your mind. But maybe we can work out a way for you to use your body…”

You give the smallest nod, afraid of pulling free from his touch.

“Chemistry is your weakest subject,” he continued, bringing back the heavy disappointment in his voice, “but I do have a solution. If you listen to me and do everything your teacher says, maybe we can create a different reaction.”

“Chemistry,” you repeated, your eyes darting across his face, trying to read his expression.

“Mmhmm.” Buggy nodded, missing the change in your expression. The change in your desire.

Playing pretend is fun. It’s enjoyable acting like someone different and making choices that you might not make normally. The downside is that your alter-ego isn’t always the only voice that joins the party. Sometimes another, more chaotic, voice tags along.

Your disruptive voice showed up with a cry - this wasn’t the right subject. It shouldn’t be chemistry.

“I thought this was clown school.”

Silence.

No one breathed.

In the quiet, the voice in your head spoke again. It repeated one word twice.

You reached for Buggy’s nose, intent on recreating the onomatopoeia you heard in your head. The hold on your chin lifted as the clown slapped your hand away.

Buggy looked equal parts shocked and pissed. He glared at you, mulling over what you said. After a moment, he licked his lips and swallowed. Then he nodded.

“Alright. Alright! If you want me to teach you a lesson, it’s gonna be one you won’t forget,” he said gruffly.

A floating hand grabbed your arm and maneuvered you into position. Listening to the clink of his belt, you thought that it would take a lot to get him to try and roleplay like this again. But feeling his rough grip on your hips, you decided it was worth it.

I like the idea of gremlin r/n, so ima Headcannon dump. Gremlin eventually gets the 141 (except for papa price) plus könig to join in on their gremlin activities. Most of the time it's either soap, ghost, or könig. If it's all three, prepare for hell. Gremlin has a bad father (#totallynotprojecting) and has on more occasions than one called price papa, it's gotten to the point where they no longer call him price, he's pls now. Only on mission do they use his call sign of call him captain. Confused the fuck out of some rookies because of that. They can and will climbs walls or other things if they want something or if their just bored. 141 once walked into the kitchen and found them on top of the cupboards eating fistfulls of shredded cheese. Another headcannon, gremlin can fit into small spaces. One time ghost opened a cupboard and found them chilling in their watching netflix. They stated at architect for a moment before gremlin eventually handed him his tea and he slowly closed the cupboard door. I have more but don't wanna make my ask too long. I'll share some more soon.
